Abstract
El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo analizar el clima organizacional en la Empresa Social del Estado Pasto Salud E.S.E, regidos bajo un paradigma de investigación cualitativo el cual se basa en recolectar la opinión de los trabajadores utilizando técnicas de recolección de información que permitan establecer patrones de comportamiento en los colaboradores, se utiliza la técnica de recolección a través de entrevista, análisis de discusión y conclusiones. Esta investigación está encaminada a recopilar y analizar las experiencias sobre la relación que existe entre directivos y
asistenciales. Este método se basa en la recolección de datos sin medición numérica como la
descripción y la observación del fenómeno, su enfoque es un enfoque crítico social
basado en la crítica o un marcado carácter autorreflexivo considerando que el conocimiento se construye siempre por intereses que parten de las necesidades de los grupos pretendiendo la autonomía racional y liberadora del ser humano a través de la capacitación de los sujetos para la participación y transformación social. Su diseño es de tipo hermenéutico, los instrumentos de recolección de información fueron la revisión de literatura, las entrevistas, se contó con una muestra, de 10 trabajadores (dos enfermeras de pos consulta, un cajero, dos médicos, una regente de farmacia, un auxiliar de enfermería, un auxiliar administrativo y dos administrativos.
Los resultados evidenciaron que la población evaluada percibe inconformidades, de
diferente índole competitivo, productivo y sostenible, la cual ha generado exceso de
trabajo y carga laboral, que conllevan a un desmejoramiento del clima organizacional.
The objective of this work is to analyze the organizational climate in the Social Enterprise of the State Pasto Salud E.S.E, governed under a qualitative research paradigm which is based on collecting the opinion of workers using information collection techniques that allow establishing behavioral patterns. In the collaborators, the collection technique is used through interviews, discussion analysis and conclusions. This research is aimed at collecting and analyzing experiences on the relationship that exists between managers and healthcare workers. This method is based on the collection of data without numerical measurement such as the description and observation of the phenomenon, its approach is a social critical approach based on criticism or a marked self-reflective nature considering that knowledge is always constructed by interests that start from the needs of the groups aiming for the rational and liberating autonomy of the human being through the training of subjects for participation and social transformation. Its design is of a hermeneutic type, the information collection instruments were the literature review, the interviews, there was a sample of 10 workers (two post-consultation nurses, a cashier, two doctors, a pharmacy manager, an assistant nursing, an administrative assistant and two administrators. The results showed that the evaluated population perceives dissattisfaction, of different competitive, productive and sustainable natures, which has generated excess work and workload, which lead to a deterioration in the organizational climate.
