Ambientes Virtuales de Aprendizaje en la ESAP. “Motivando a nuestros docentes”

Abstract

El contexto de la realidad que vive la Territorial Antioquia – Choco ESAP, dice mucho sobre la injerencia que tienen los docentes en la toma de decisiones respecto a los cursos o materias virtuales existentes, está claro entonces; que existe una alta concentración de poder desde el nivel central ESAP Bogotá, ya que los docentes no cuentan con autonomía en la construcción de los cursos o materias que complementen y coadyuven a los estudiantes de la modalidad presencial y a distancia. La oferta tecnológica en internet es otra opción que permite la utilización gratuita de algunas herramientas y aplicaciones virtuales, las mismas que han promovido y dinamizado los procesos de comunicación entre estudiantes y docentes, fortaleciendo de manera continua las actividades escolares, abordando principalmente la lectura y la escritura, en este sentido; se pretende aprovechar los beneficios de la utilización de las mismas, realizando dos videos tutoriales sobre herramientas y aplicaciones tecnológicas, donde se pretende llevar a los docentes vivir una nueva experiencia, para que la transmitan y repliquen lo sugerido en ambientes virtuales en los estudiantes de la ESAP, promoviendo el dialogo, el pensamiento crítico y haciendo parte de la llamada sociedad del conocimiento.The context of the reality that the Territorial Antioquia - Choco ESAP lives, says a lot about the interference that teachers have in the decision making regarding existing courses or virtual subjects, it is clear then; that there is a high concentration of power from the ESAP Bogotá central level, since teachers do not have autonomy in the construction of courses or subjects that complement and assist students in the classroom and distance mode. The technological offer in Internet is another option that allows the free use of some tools and virtual applications, the same ones that have promoted and stimulated the communication processes between students and teachers, strengthening in a continuous way the school activities, mainly addressing reading and writing. writing, in this sense; It is intended to take advantage of the benefits of using them, making two tutorial videos on tools and technology applications, where teachers are expected to live a new experience, to transmit and replicate what is suggested in virtual environments in the students of the ESAP, promoting dialogue, critical thinking and being part of the so-called knowledge society.
