Abstract
Luego de completar el Plan de Estudios con la aprobación del 90% del total de créditos, el
estudiante tiene la posibilidad de seleccionar una de las opciones de grado que ofrece la
Universidad para lograr la titulación. En este caso, se optó por realizar la práctica administrativa
en la Unidad de Apoyo Normativo - UAN, del Concejo de Bogotá D.C.
El presente informe tiene el objetivo de presentar, exponer, y explicar, el objetivo general, y
los objetivos específicos establecidos en el Plan de Trabajo. También, presenta las evidencias,
explicaciones, y descripciones de las actividades gestionadas, entre el 5 de septiembre y el 15
de diciembre de 2023. Por último, presenta los logros obtenidos durante la práctica, las
lecciones adquiridas, los aprendizajes obtenidos y, por último, las conclusiones y las
recomendaciones.
Durante el desarrollo de la práctica se elaboraron derechos de petición, se consolidaron bases
de datosrelacionadas con la gestión de la UAN, se analizaron los Proyectos de Acuerdo emitidos
por los concejales y se asistió presencialmente a las sesiones de Comisión y Plenaria, entre
otras actividades.
En definitiva, este proceso fue una experiencia enriquecedora para contribuir en la formación
como persona y profesional del practicante, por qué brindó la oportunidad de poner en práctica
los conocimientos teóricos adquiridos a lo largo de la carrera. Del mismo modo, fortaleció las
habilidades, aptitudes, y actitudes obtenidas a lo largo del proceso formativo. Paralelamente
ayudó a comprender el funcionamiento de los procesos administrativos al interior de las
organizaciones públicas
After completing the Study Plan with the approval of 90% of the total credits, the student has the possibility of selecting one of the degree options offered by the University to achieve the degree. In this case, it was decided to carry out the administrative practice in the Regulatory Support Unit - UAN, of the Council of Bogotá D.C. The objective of this report is to present, present and explain the general objective and the specific objectives established in the Work Plan. Also, it presents the evidence, explanations and descriptions of the activities managed, between September 5 and December 15, 2023. Finally, it presents the achievements obtained during the practice, the lessons acquired, the learning obtained and, finally., conclusions and recommendations. During the development of the practice, petition rights were developed, databases related to the management of the UAN were consolidated, the Draft Agreements issued by the councilors were analyzed and they were carried out in person at the Commission and Plenary sessions, among other activities. In short, this process was an enriching experience to contribute to the practitioner's training as a person and professional, because it provided the opportunity to put into practice the theoretical knowledge acquired throughout the degree. Likewise, it strengthened the skills, aptitudes, and attitudes obtained throughout the training process. At the same time, it helped to understand the functioning of administrative processes within public organizations.
