dc.descriptionThis article collects reflections and analysis of the political and social unrest in Colombia, as a result of the national strike carried out by the social organizations and worker’s unions in the year 2021. Social and political issues and situations are addressed that are experienced in this conjunctural period, such as the participation of different social groups, how the Duque administration handled the actions of the national police, the behavior and the relationship between the state and the civil society, and the international context with the declarations of the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights, facing the crisis and the social outburst that affected Colombia for almost four months of the year in question.en
dc.descriptionEste artículo recoge reflexiones y análisis sobre la coyuntura política y social en Colombia, a raíz del paro nacional realizado por las organizaciones sociales y sindicales en el año 2021. Se abordan situaciones sociales y políticas vivenciadas en este período coyuntural, como la participación de diferentes sectores sociales, el manejo que le dio el gobierno del presidente Duque a las actuaciones de la policía nacional, al comportamiento y los relacionamientos entre Estado y sociedad civil, y al contexto internacional con los pronunciamientos de la Comisión Interamericana de Derechos Humanos, respecto a la crisis y al estallido social que afectó a Colombia por alrededor de cuatro meses en dicho año. De otro lado, se hace énfasis en el papel de las mujeres en este movimiento sociopolítico para mostrar la significación de los nuevos liderazgos y compromisos ciudadanos.es
