| dc.description | This report details the application of the Community-Based Public Policy Evaluation Model (MCEPP) to the Youth Public Policy of Jericó, Antioquia (2020–2024). Using a democratic evaluation approach, the study combined documentary review with an institutional interview and aggregated youth input. The findings show that, although Jericó has a strong normative foundation, it faces significant challenges in traceability, evidence management, and public feedback mechanisms. The central output is an incidence matrix that translates evaluation findings into a verifiable roadmap for institutional improvement and informed decision-making. | |
